Deleting your account

This page is about Kondavo — published on Google Play as Checkers & Draughts Kondavo. It explains how to delete your account, what that erases, and the few records that stay afterwards.

1. How to delete it

You do it yourself, in the app. Nothing to write to us, no waiting for a reply:

  1. Open Kondavo.
  2. Tap your avatar in the top-left corner to open your profile.
  3. Choose Delete account.
  4. Confirm. The game asks once, because this cannot be undone.

Deletion happens immediately — not after a grace period, and there is no way to restore the account afterwards. If a game is still running when you confirm, it ends as an abandoned game first.

If you can no longer open the app and want the account gone, write to the address in our Privacy Policy and we will do it for you. To find the right account we will need your friend code or the nickname you played under.

2. What is erased

All of it goes:

  • your nickname, avatar, friend code and privacy settings — the nickname returns to the pool and can be taken by someone else;
  • the Google or Apple identity you signed in with, including the email address it gave us;
  • your sign-in sessions and the list of your devices;
  • your rating, season statistics and league standing;
  • your wallet, purchased cosmetics, equipped items, missions and achievements;
  • friends, invitations and blocks — on both sides of the relationship;
  • notifications the game still owed you, and any support restrictions on the account;
  • your push notification token, so the phone stops receiving anything;
  • daily activity counters and the product counters that record how many players stopped at a price.

3. What is kept, and for how long

A few things outlive the account. We would rather say so plainly than promise a clean sweep we do not perform:

None of the kept records carries your nickname, avatar, email address or friend code — those are erased in step 2. What remains is a random identifier that means nothing outside our own database.

4. Deleting some data without deleting the account

You do not have to close the account to exercise your rights. You can withdraw consent to analytics and advertising at any time in Settings → Privacy, and you can ask us about access, correction, portability or objection using the contact details in the Privacy Policy.
