Terms of Service
Kondavo is a checkers game with an in-game economy and no cash-out. This page says what that means in practice, and it is short on purpose.

1. Who provides the service
Marcin Ziółkowski, a natural person resident in Poland, contact kondavohq@gmail.com ("we") — a postal address will be given on request. These terms govern the mobile and web application — an online checkers game (the "Service").
2. What the Service is
Checkers played online against other people, offline against the computer, and locally on one device; plus ratings, tournaments, social features and a virtual economy of coins and gems. Online play needs a connection; the rest does not. You can play without an account. Linking one (Google, Apple, e-mail) is optional and exists so progress survives a new device.
3. Account and security
Your player identity is bound to your device, so protect access to the device and to any linked account.
One person, one account. Extra accounts created to work bonuses, ratings or tournaments are not allowed.
You can delete the account in Profile → Delete account. What that removes is in the Privacy Policy.
4. Coins, gems and purchases
Coins and gems are in-game items. They are not money, they have no value outside the Service, they cannot be cashed out or exchanged for money, and they may not be sold, given to other players or moved outside the game.
Purchases — gem packs, offers, the premium subscription — are processed by Google Play or the App Store under their terms. Price, tax and invoice come from the store. What you receive is a licence to use digital content inside the Service, not ownership of it.
Digital content is delivered immediately. To the extent the law allows, asking for immediate delivery means giving up the statutory right of withdrawal; this does not touch mandatory consumer rights or the stores' own refund policies.
The premium subscription renews by itself. Manage or cancel it in your Google Play or App Store subscription settings — not here, because that is where it lives.
5. Stakes, tournaments and ratings
Some online matches are played for stakes in coins, which are virtual, and a commission is taken from the pot. Playing for stakes is voluntary and there are always matches that cost nothing.
Funded tournaments charge an entry fee in coins and award coins. A tournament that is cancelled, interrupted by a server failure, or voided because of an economically ineligible result refunds every entry fee in full, automatically.
Winnings are virtual, always. This is not gambling: nothing pays out money, and no prize has value outside the game.
Ratings come from match results and cannot be bought.
6. Computer-controlled opponents
Computer opponents exist in the clearly marked play-against-the-computer mode and in internal testing. They cannot enter staked games, funded tournaments, or any prize pool funded by players.
7. Fair play
Not allowed, in particular: using an external engine or bot to play, manipulating ratings or the economy (collusion and multiple accounts included), exploiting bugs, reverse engineering, and disrupting the Service.
Consequences run from restricting features, through taking back virtual items obtained by abuse, to suspending the account in serious cases. You will be told what was applied and why, and you can appeal at kondavohq@gmail.com.
8. Advertising
The free version may show ads, including rewarded ads you choose to watch. The premium subscription removes them. Advertising consents are in Settings → Privacy.
9. Changes and availability
This is software under active development: features, economy parameters, the item catalogue and the content can change, and for important reasons the Service can be discontinued. Material changes and a planned shutdown are announced in the app in advance. Uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
10. Liability
The Service is provided with the due care the law requires. To the extent the law allows, there is no liability for lost profits or indirect damage connected with virtual items. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights.
11. Complaints and disputes
Complaints go to kondavohq@gmail.com and are answered within 14 days. Consumers may use out-of-court dispute resolution and the European ODR platform. These terms are governed by Polish law, which does not deprive a consumer of the protection of their own country of residence.
12. Changes to these terms
Changes are announced in the app at least 14 days in advance. Continuing to use the Service after they take effect is acceptance; if you would rather not, stop using it and delete the account.
